由 Compile Heart 开发的系列作品《Death end re;Quest 2》前段日子宣布本作将登陆 Nintendo Switch 平台后，今日正式宣布游戏预定将在 2021 年 8 月 19 日发售，而此前曾在 Playstation 4 平台上追加的 DLC 内容也将收录其中，其售价为 4,800 円。
《Death end re;Quest 2》是一款由 Compile Heart 推出的一系列角色扮演游戏，本次世界舞台将与前作《Death end re;Quest》现实篇为同一世界，描述在一座充满东南欧色彩的虚构城镇「Liz Soara」，位于城镇中央的女生宿舍「Words Worth」发生了住户接连失踪的怪异现象。
