早在几年前，腾讯就已经持有 Ubisoft 公司的 5% 股份，而近日根据路透社报道指出，有消息称腾讯计划增持，打算从 Ubisoft 创始家族 Guillemot 购买股票，试图成为其公司的最大股东·，究竟会买多少暂时尚未得知。此外，据说腾讯会以每股 100 欧元来收购股票，溢价了差不多 127%，目前股价为 46 欧元，而当初在 2018 年腾讯购买的价格为每股 66 欧元。
但是，目前这个增持、收购的计划尚未有任何官方证明，暂时都仅是传闻而已，准确消息依然有待今后双方公布。鉴于腾讯近些年来不断的布局海外市场，确实有可能发生这种情况，除了 Ubisoft 公司，腾讯还持有 Riot Games、Epic Games、Krafton 以及其他几十家游戏公司。
