《Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy》是款第三人称动作冒险游戏，玩家将扮演星爵带领银河护卫队与其他守护者们并肩作战，对抗各种各样来袭的敌人，开启穿越宇宙的狂野旅途。故事讲述着某个人引发了一系列的灾难性事件，只有玩家扮演的星爵可以把守护者们团结在一起面对整个星际的崩溃，为整个银河系的命运而战！顺带一提，游戏中仅提供单人战役模式，没有多人连线、没有微交易系统。
