The serialized Webtoon manhwa Who Made Me A Princess, illustrated by Spoon, has recently announced its donghua (Chinese animation) adaptation. Produced by iQIYI and animated by Colored Pencil Animation Studio, the donghua will be broadcast on the iQIYI platform upon its release. It is currently unknown whether the donghua will feature dubbing and subtitles in languages other than Chinese.

The story of Who Made Me A Princess follows the protagonist who wakes up one day to find herself reincarnated into the fictional story, The Lovely Princess, as the abandoned princess of the Obelian Empire, who will be killed by her own father. In order to escape her tragic destiny, she believes that she must establish a loving bond with her new father to ensure her survival.
