The TV anime adaptation of the Japanese light novel Unnamed Memory, written by Kuji Furumiya and illustrated by chibi, has released its first teaser trailer and main visual. Originally scheduled for broadcast in 2023, the anime has been postponed to 2024 due to production delays.
The story of Unnamed Memory revolves around Oscar, the crown prince of the powerful kingdom of Farsas, who is cursed to never sire an heir. All the young members of the royal family, except for Oscar, is either dead or missing, leaving the kingdom of Farsas in a desperate situation with no apparent successor to the throne or the country once Oscar is gone. In order to break the curse, Oscar seeks out Tinasha, the most powerful witch in the world. However, enchanted by the beauty of the witch, Oscar unexpectedly requests Tinasha to marry him instead.
