《I.G.I. Origins》是在 2000 年推出初代《Project IGI: I‘m Going in》 的前传，本作将采用 Unreal Engine 5 来进行开发，玩家在游戏中扮演一名被军情六处招募的前英国特种空勤团士兵迈克尔·金，代号为“瑞金特”，为了阻止企划发动世界大战的敌人，同时了解全球研究所“I.G.I.”的起源。
