The new action-adventure RPG Black Myth: Wukong, developed by Game Science, announced today that they will be holding their first playtest event in Hangzhou, China on August 20. The playtest will include multiple boss challenges and some independent game levels.
Due to the ongoing encryption work for the game, the development team decided to release the playtest on-site instead of making it available for download. Furthermore, the team mentioned that the game still requires some time before its official release, but they want to gather feedback from players during this event and showcase their development progress to the players.
Black Myth: Wukong is an action-adventure RPG set in the backdrop of the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. In the game, players will take on the role of the Monkey King Wukong, embarking on a series of explorations, battling various formidable enemies and monsters, and venturing forward into unknown territories.
