Capcom's classic side-scrolling action game series Mega Man X's spinoff, the free-to-play Mega Man X DiVE, is set to end service on September 27, 2023, with all direct purchase products removed with immediate effect. Despite the discontinuation, the team will still prepare a series of events in the coming days, allowing players to enjoy the final moments of Mega Man X DiVE's Deep Log world.

In Mega Man X DiVE, players will assume the roles of Maverick Hunters, X and Zero, as they embark on a journey to challenge the virtual world known as the Deep Log. The game retains the iconic features of the series, such as dashing, jumping, arm cannons, and saber attacks, while introducing new elements like auto-targeting and 360-degree shooting to enhance the fluidity of gameplay actions.
