Konami 在今日举办的“Tokyo Game Show 2021”发布会上正式公布旗下《Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel》预定将在今年冬季发售，登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series / Nintendo Switch / PC / iOS / Android 平台。同时，游戏还将实装单人游戏模式。此外，在接下来的 20:00 将会有「世界最快！第一次游玩 Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel」的特别节目，其中将会向玩家们展示游戏玩法内容等。
由于本作是一款支援多平台的作品，所以该系列会是首款支援 4K 分辨率的游戏，玩家能够更清晰的看见每张卡片的细节、华丽的特效、动画以及栩栩如生的音效，若是未曾接触过《Yu-Gi-Oh》系列的玩家还可以在游戏中使用新手教学，会让玩家了解卡片玩法以及规则。
