At the recently held San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC 2023), Insomniac Games unveiled a brand new story trailer for their upcoming title Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which revealed several major characters, including Venom, and showcased actual gameplay footage.

In addition to that, the official limited edition bundle of the Marvel's Spider-Man 2-themed PlayStation 5 console was also revealed. It is scheduled to be released on September 15 in Malaysia, and pre-orders will be available to players from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam starting from July 28. On the other hand, the limited edition console covers and wireless controllers will be launched on September 1.

The design of this limited edition console adopts a symbiote takeover design. On the front cover, you can see symbiotes spreading towards the red area with the Spider-Man logo, while the backside is covered entirely in black. The limited edition controller also follows the same design concept.
