《辉夜姬想让人告白 天才们的恋爱头脑战 》故事描述白银御行和四宫辉夜是着名学院学生会的主席和副主席，两人都是顶尖的精英学生。白银御行因其聪明的脑袋而受同龄人的尊重，四宫辉夜则是富有“四宫家族”的长女，在任何方面都相当出色。而这样的他们都让每个人觉得是完美的一对，尽管双方都对彼此有感觉，但是自尊心太强的两个人都不愿承认这份情感，在他们心中立下，谁先承认，那么谁就是输家。就这样，两人斗智斗勇闪光弹的恋爱喜剧正式开始。
