由九井谅子创作的奇幻“美食”漫画作品《迷宫饭》于近日正式宣布 TV 动画化制作决定的消息，同时官方还释出宣传视觉图，TV 动画方面则由曾制作过《Kill La Kill》、《普罗米亚》、《小魔女学园》等多部作品的 TRIGGER 制作公司负责，至于声优阵容方面等详细情报还未公布。
《迷宫饭》将以正统的古典奇幻风格作为背景设定，故事描述主角等人以现代的烹饪手法在地下城遇到各种各样的魔物后，将它们作为食材吃掉。故事中融合了奇幻冒险和美食元素，让许多读者相当喜爱。同时也描述了许多魔物的生态，虽然料理内容不是真的，但却可以让大家看得口水直流。
