During the recent Summer Game Fest 2023, Insomniac Games has officially confirmed the release date of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which is set to be released on October 20 and will be available exclusively on PlayStation 5. Pre-orders for the game will open on June 16.

Other than that, the announcement also included details and pricing for the game's Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition. In Malaysia, the former will be priced at MYR 339, while the latter will cost MYR 969. Here are the details of each edition:

• Pre-order bonuses: Arachknight Suit for Peter with three additional color variants, Shadow Spider Suit for Miles with three additional color variants, Web Grabber gadget, and three additional starting skill points.
• Digital Deluxe Edition: The game, all pre-order bonuses, 10 unique suits (five for Peter, five for Miles), additional Photo Mode frames and stickers, and two additional starting skill points.
• Collector's Edition: The game, all pre-order bonuses, a voucher for the Digital Deluxe Edition, a Steelbook case, and a 19-inch statue featuring the battle between the Spider-Men and Venom
