The first-person magical shooter game Immortals of Aveum, published by EA Origins and developed by Ascendant Studios for Playstation 5 / Xbox Series / PC, announced today through an official statement that the game's release date has been delayed from July 20 to August 22, 2023.
According to the official statement, in order to provide players with a better gaming experience, the developers have decided to spend a few more weeks polishing the game and optimizing it for all platforms to ensure everything is in perfect condition before its release.
Immortals of Aveum is a single-player first-person magic shooter that tells the story of Jak as he joins an elite order of battlemages to save a world on the edge of abyss. With legions of soldiers on both sides of the Everwar, he must uncover the mysteries of Aveum’s troubled past, if there’s any hope for saving its future. Master three forces of magic and unleash spells with deadly skill in a game that defies first-person shooter conventions.
