本作《逆向坍塌：面包房行动》是一款由云母组所研发的策略战棋 RPG 游戏，故事讲述着世界因为坍塌液污染，引发了资源危机和战乱，而在重建这个世界期间，逐渐开始衍生出了两个势力，分别是南极联邦以及罗克萨特主义合众国联盟，但双方因各自利益展开了各种冲突，并对可以改变战局的「三女神计划」研发成果再度掀起波澜，相互争夺。
