在今日举办的任天堂迷你直面会上，KONAMI 发表了旗下《Bomberman》系列最新作《Super Bomberman R 2》，并计划于 2023 年内正式发售，登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series X&S / Nintendo Switch / PC 平台。
根据官方介绍所述，新作《Super Bomberman R 2》除了系列原有的经典对战模式以外，还将增加全新的城堡模式，可供 16 名玩家同时游玩，并分为攻防两方互相对战，同时也提供 64 名玩家的大逃杀模式、新故事模式以及其他丰富内容。
