Developer Supermassive Games, known for titles like Until Dawn and the Dark Pictures Anthology series, has announced that the second installment of the series, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, is set to launch on Nintendo Switch on October 5, 2023. The game, previously released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC, is now listed on eShop at $19.99 USD.

The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of thrilling and suspenseful cinematic horror games. As of now, the series has released four titles, with the fifth installment, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Directive 8020, currently in development.

 

According to official introduction, in The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, 4 college students and their professor become stranded in the abandoned town of Little Hope. Trapped by an impenetrable fog they try desperately to escape whilst witnessing terrifying visions from the past. They must figure out the motivation of these apparitions before the evil forces at work drags each of their souls to hell. Witness terrifying visions of the past, haunted by the events of the XVIIth century Andover Witch Trials. Escape the hideous apparitions that relentlessly pursue them through the fog!
