The long wait has ended as the latest update of Fortnite v24.20 introduces the addition of Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear and Thunder Spears. Moreover, there is also the Eren Jaeger Outfit, unlockable through battle pass, as well as the Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackermann Outfits featured in the Item Shop.

Both the ODM Gear and Thunder Spears could be obtained from the ground, Chests, and Scout Regiment Footlockers. The ODM Gear enables players to grapple while in the air and hit enemies from below. After striking with the built-in blades, the user will be propelled back into the air and can either grapple to a different location or hover to perform another attack. On the other hand, Thunder Spears are rockets that are launched from the arm and could penetrate armored structures. Upon detonation, they cause damage to enemies on both sides.

Those who have mastered the ODM Gear could challenge themselves by attempting to knock down Titan Targets on the Island. Jaeger’s Family Basement also serves as an Easter Egg, as the hidden basement's exact location is unknown in Anvil Square.

Additionally, the Courageous Mikasa Spray could be unlocked by completing a Week 5 Quest that will challenge player's proficiency in using the Thunder Spears. The Scowling Levi Emoticon could also be unlocked by finishing the initial Trigger Happy Trials.
