本作为 2008 年发售的《零 ~ 月蚀的假面 ~》配合现今游戏平台制作的高画质 Remaster 版，继 2021 年10 月发售的《零 ~ 濡鸦之巫女 ~》后，「零」系列脍炙人口的名作将以高画质在各大平台上重现经典。本作将追加拍照模式与新服装等内容。
