就在刚刚，日本角川集团宣布，腾讯旗下的 Sixjoy Hong Kong 游戏公司和索尼互动娱乐 SIE 将收购 Fromsoftware 公司的 30% 股份，Sixjoy 将持股占 16.25%，而 SIE 则持股占 14.09%，同时腾讯也顺势成为 FS 的第二大股东，角川最大股东的位置不变。
据角川所述，透过本次的收购，Fromsoftware 将有更多资金积极投入自主研发更强大的游戏 IP，以增强Fromsoftware 的开发能力，同时扩大自身的发行范围以及 IP 影响力。
