Netflix 官方在近日公开了三张《Resident Evil》真人版剧集海报，同时也宣布预定将在今年 7 月 14 日正式播出，而三张海报上以非常亮眼的黄色作为背景，但每张都有着不同的元素，包括药丸、装在管子内的血液以及血泡。
本次推出的真人版剧集共有 8 集，每集 60 分钟，并且会以两个时间轴来叙述剧情，分别是先讲述 Jade 和 Billie Wesker 初次来到新浣熊市，在此发现了重大的秘密，而另外一个时间轴则是讲述 14 年后 Jade 与其他人正在试图在僵尸肆虐的地球上生存。
