本作《Among Us VR》是一款团队合作与背叛为主要元素的狼人杀类型游戏，整体几乎与原版相同，只是变成了 VR 第一视角，适合 4 - 10 名玩家共同游玩，玩家将在游戏中扮演太空船的船员，主要目标是将船修好。然而，在诸多船员之中，混入了叛徒（伪装船员），他们不仅会妨碍其他船员修复太空船，还会将其他成员杀害，玩家得在他行动结束之前将太空船修好。
