Publisher NetEase Games has recently unveiled a new urban open-world RPG titled Project Mugen (working title). They have also released the first gameplay trailer, showcasing players' ability to freely explore and interact with various characters on the expansive urban stage, uncovering the mysteries hidden within the city!

According to official description, Project Mugen is a collaborative project between NetEase Games and Naked Rain, a new subsidiary of Thunder Fire Studio, representing a truly international gaming venture. The free-to-play game is set to be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile platforms. Pre-registration has already begun.

In Project Mugen, you will take on the role of an Esper, known as the "Infinity Trigger", in a world reminiscent of Earth. As a skilled investigator, you must confront unusual phenomena and supernatural events threatening the city. You will also get the chance to team up with other Espers to embark on adventures, learn about their stories, and explore urban life, as you strive to unlock the key to saving the world.
