本作《Halo Infinite》是一款第一人称射击游戏，游戏设定在《Halo 5: Guardians》之后，延续士官长的故事，玩家将会扮演士官长挺身而出拯救人类的未来，面对冷酷无情的各种敌人，成为人民的大英雄踏上冒险旅途，探索规模巨大的环带。附带一提，本作多人模式已经提前上线。
