EA Motive 旗下第三人称恐怖射击游戏重制版《Dead Space Remake》近期宣布游戏将在 2023 年初推出，并登陆 Playstation 5 / Xbox Series / PC 平台后，官方再次表示他们会在 2022 年 5 月 13 日凌晨 1 点举办一场直播节目，届时会为玩家带来一些游戏光照、环境、角色、VFX 等方面的开发进展内容。
在《Dead Space》中，玩家将扮演名为 Isaac Clarke 的普通工程师，他的任务就是修理一艘庞大的星舰 USG Ishimura，但却突然发生以外，船上的人员们遭到外星祸害屠杀和感染，而 Isaac Clarke 心爱的伙伴妮可也在 星舰上的某个地方迷路了。因此 Isaac Clarke 需要独自一人利用工具和工程技能，试图解开这起犹如噩梦般意外的神秘面纱，面对被称为 Necromorphs 的敌对生物，展开不断升级的恐怖之战。
