SNK 每年一次举办的电竞比赛「SNK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP GRAND FINAL」于今日正式发布公告表示，因为疫情的影响他们将终止这项活动，这项电竞比赛活动原先是预定在 2022 年春季举办的，当时同样也是因为疫情影响而延期。官方在公告中表示，由于疫情尚未平息，难以确保参赛选手的健康与安全，而且让选手赴日来参加比赛依旧很难实现，所以不得不终止这份赛事。
