Nijisanji's Yuuki Chihiro and Azuchi Momo to graduate next January

Today, Nijisanji made a sudden announcement that their first-generation Vtubers, Yuuki Chihiro and SEEDs Azuchi Momo, will be graduating on January 31, 2024. Correspondingly, sales of related merchandise will halt, and fans have until February 29, 2024, to send in their letters. The unexpected news swiftly garnered attention on Japanese social media, including X (formerly Twitter). Notably, Chii-chan becomes the first member from Nijisanji's first-generation to bid farewell to the group.

As for Azuchi Momo, who debuted with Nijisanji SEEDs on June 3, 2018, there has been no statement on her personal X account (formerly Twitter) at the moment. On the other hand, Chii-chan shared the official tweet, expressing that the decision to graduate was primarily her own choice. She also expressed gratitude to the fans who have supported her throughout, feeling quite fortunate to be liked by so many. She affirmed her commitment to working hard to achieve the things she desires in the future.
