在《Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem》中，玩家将穿越俄罗斯荒野的旅程与恶名昭彰的疯牛战斗，并执行追捕总是领先一步的叛徒布兰德将军。根据官方介绍，该扩展内容包含了五个关卡在内，同时也会推出一系列的新武器、新工具与车辆等，让玩家一起准备好实现破坏一切的梦想吧！
