Japanese romantic comedy manga series The Quintessential Quintuplets, created by Negi Haruba, will welcome a new anime adaptation called The Quintessential Quintuplets~.
New information about the anime will be released on the quintuplets' birthday (5/5) as a commemoration, while on the other hand, the official Twitter of the series has also released a new visual featuring Nino, marking the beginning of the countdown for the information release. It is known that the new anime will include original chapters that were not adapted in the previous anime series.
The Quintessential Quintuplets tells the story of a second-year high school student named Futaro Uesugi who is academically gifted but has no friends due to his poor social skills. One day, his father arranges for him a high-paying job as a private tutor for the Nakano quintuplets who have recently moved in. Despite their stunning appearances, the five sisters struggle with their grades and are on the brink of failing. Thus, the primary task for Futaro is to earn their trust and teach them to pass their exams so that they can graduate successfully.
