近年来游戏延期已经是家常便饭，由 FNTASTIC 所研发的开放世界生存线上游戏《The Day Before》（浩劫前夕）也不意外，原本最初定档 2022 年 6 月 21 日推出，后来因为要过度到 UE5 引擎，团队决定延期至 2023 年 3 月 1 日上市，结果近日官方表示因商标纠纷，本作只能再度延后，改为 2023 年 11 月 10 日发售，而原本计划公开的实机演示也会推迟。
根据官方声明所述，在游戏准备发布之前，他们的 Steam 页面遭要求下架，因使用了《The Day Before》之称，而且是最近才知道有人抢先注册申请了商标，现在官方团队已经查清了事件的全部情况，并表示会解决这一切纠纷。
