由 Portkey Game & Warner Bros 所研发的新作《Hogwarts Legacy》早在几个月前曾宣布计划于 2022 年末登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series / PC 平台发售，后来还追加了 Nintendo Switch 版本。然而，这款游戏果然也逃不过延期的命运，就在不久前官方发布公告表示需要更多时间来提供最佳的游戏体验，因此决定延期至 2023 年 2 月 10 日发售，而 Switch 版本的发售日也会在今后公布。
《Hogwarts Legacy》是一款身临其境的开放世界动作 RPG 游戏，故事背景设定于 1800 年代的霍格沃茨，玩家所扮演的角色是一名学生，他掌握着一个古老秘密的钥匙，这个秘密可能会威胁整个巫师世界。而已被霍格沃茨学院录取的他，很快会发现自己并不是普通的学生，且具有感知和掌握远古魔法的能力，只有玩家能够自己决定是否为了所有人的利益保护这个秘密，或是屈服于更多险恶魔法的诱惑！
