At today's Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2023) event, NetEase officially revealed Rusty Rabbit, their upcoming 2.5D side-scrolling action game co-developed with Nitro Plus. The game is scheduled for release in 2024 for PlayStation 5 and Steam. The original story for the game is written by the renowned scriptwriter Urobuchi Gen, known for his work on renowned series such as Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Psycho-Pass, and more.
According to the game's official description, Rusty Rabbit is a brand-new 2.5 action-adventure platformer. Thousands of years after humans left this planet, it was rabbits who inherited it…Stamp is an old and eccentric cute rabbit who likes to spend his days piloting his trusty mech “Junkster”, collecting junk throughout the ruins of this frozen world、until one day, he discovers clues about his missing daughter… Dig deeper in these ruins to unfold the mysteries surrounding this world!
