《HARU KISS》故事剧情描述因为父母在外工作的原因，濑户修司寄住在表姐的家里。然而表姐也常常不在家，只有他和表妹看家。在这种学生生活中，主人公在上学时看见同班同学八住伊月被强硬的男生逗留，为了帮助她而谎称两人“正在交往中”，因此便开始展开了虚假的恋人生活。不仅如此，没有血缘关系的妹妹和以前恩师的女儿也从主人公以前住的地方追了过来。过去的生活、现在的生活、以及谎称恋人的生活，究竟等待着他们的是什么样的未来呢？
