由 Thirdverse 开发的虚拟实境第一人称射击游戏《X8》于今日宣布，本作将追加登陆 PSVR2 版本，并与先前宣布的 Meta Quest 2 / PCVR 平台版同步推出，同时官方也释出一段宣传预告片让玩家观赏。本作预定将在 2023 年第一季度推出，更具体的发售日尚未发表。
《X8》是一款 VR 第一人称战术射击游戏，在本作中有来不同世界的各种英雄跨越时间和空间并肩作战，利用他们令人难以置信的能力进行战斗。玩家将被分为两组，最多 5V5，凡是进攻方的玩家需要设置并引爆一个名为“Extraporators”的东西，防守方则是要阻止他们，在进攻和防守之间交互进行，每一场长达 3 分钟的回合。
