由日本漫画家 ONE ，同时也是《一拳超人》作者创作的另一部少年漫画作品《灵能百分百 III》于今日释出 TV 动画第三期主宣传影片，确定动画将在 2022 年 10 月 5 日放送开始，声优阵容无变化，同样由 BONES 负责制作。
《灵能百分百》故事描述平凡的中学二年级少年影山茂夫，因其微弱的存在感而遭人戏称为「路人」，但不起眼的他其实是强大的天生超能力者。历经每一次的成长，路人开始认为自己的超能力是危险的存在，为了不让超能力失控，路人一直在无意识的情形下压抑着自己的情感。虽然只想平凡的度过每一天，但各种麻烦却接二连三找上他，随着被压抑的情感在内心一点点膨胀，路人体内积累的力量也蠢蠢欲动。
