Developed by Odencat, adventure RPG Meg’s Monster has released an all-new release date trailer via Gematsu.

The game will launch on March 2 for Xbox Series / Xbox One / Switch / PC(Steam).

Meg’s Monster is a retro-styled RPG with a fun and unique battle system. The game tells the story of Meg, the human child whose tears could bring forth the apocalypse, who accidentally finds herself in the Underworld full of monsters and mutants. It’s up to the hulking ogre named Roy (who is not interested in eating humans) and his pal Golan to escort her back home, as they traverse through the Underworld to look for Meg’s mother, while always keeping in mind not to make her cry. In battles, while Roy has 99999 HP and is almost invincible, whenever he takes damage, Meg will take emotional damage since she can’t bear to see Roy getting hurt, thus players have to keep Meg happy while trying to defeat enemies in the way.
