After the announcement made at last year's Nintendo Direct Mini, the latest entry within the Bomberman series, titled Super Bomberman R 2, has released a promotional trailer today revealing that the game is scheduled for release on September 14, 2023, for Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series / Nintendo Switch.

As the latest installment, Super Bomberman R 2 not only retains the classic modes of the series but also introduces a new Castle mode. In this mode, players will be divided into two groups, with one as the attacking team and the other as the defending team, competing for treasures on the map. Moreover, the game will support up to 16 players playing together and will also include a Battle Royale mode for up to 64 players, a new story mode, and other exciting features for players to explore!
