Warner Bros. Japan announced today that they will be adapting the DC Comics' antihero team Suicide Squad into an original anime titled Suicide Squad ISEKAI. Along with the announcement, an announcement trailer and the lineup of the production team were also revealed. The character designs will be handled by Akira Amano, the creator of Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, while the series composition will be led by Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, known for their work on Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World.
