由日本漫画家北条司所创作的漫画作品《城市猎人》于今日正式宣布，本作将推出新作剧场版动画，并释出剧场版动画宣传预告片让粉丝观赏。此外，官方表示男主角“犽羽獠”声优依旧由神谷明担当，而片尾曲则由 「Get Wild」负责。值得一提的是，今天同样也是「Get Wild」发售 35 周年的纪念日。
至于新作剧场版动画的具体上映时间目前还未发表，北条司老师表示他本人也相当期待新作剧场版，所以具体内容他不能告知，但这次带来的新作预计会加入一些变化，所以请大家期待一下。《城市猎人》故事描述为人好色却身怀绝技的主角「犽羽獠」与欢喜冤家同事槇村香共同经营的私人侦探事务所，在委托中，以他们独特的方式铲除城市中的罪恶。
