CD PROJEKT RED 在今日凌晨举办的直播活动上，正式公布了《The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt》首波次世代版本的更新预告片让玩家观赏，在预告片中不仅展示了游戏部分实机画面以外，还介绍了该版本的新增设置选项、操作功能以及拍照模式等内容。
《The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt》次世代版本预定将在 2022 年 12 月 14 日推出，登陆 Playstation 5 / Xbox Series / PC 平台，凡是拥有 Playstation 4 / Xbox One / PC 原版的玩家都可以享有免费升级。这次推出的次世代版本将获得全面强化，包含所推出的免费 DLC 内容以及两部资料片《石之心》和《血与酒》、同时还会推出新增任务以及支援中文配音，至于 PS4 / XB1 / PC 平台的中文配音会比较晚推出。
