根据官方介绍所述，RTX4070 Ti 将搭载 Ada Lovelace 架构以及 DLSS 3.0，其效能比 RTX3090 Ti 更快，但功耗却只有后者的一半，同时可以最大限度的发挥 1440p 显示器的性能，提供超过 120 FPS 的游戏表现，例如在《瘟疫传说安魂曲》、《战锤40,000暗潮》、《F1 2022》等等，也能够畅玩 2023 年即将推出的最佳游戏，感受令人惊叹的光线追踪。
除此之外，RTX 4070 Ti 拥有 7680 个 CUDA 核心和 12 GB 超快 GDDR6X 显存，绝对适合热爱 PC 游戏的玩家。若是把 4070 Ti 与 1080 Ti 相比的话，前者至少在性能方面提升了 12 倍左右。
