In 2020, South Korean game developer NPIXEL announced a new space-time MMORPG called Chrono Odyssey (formerly known as Project S), with plans to launch it on consoles, mobile, and PC platforms. After several years, the company finally released a brand new gameplay trailer, stating that the game will be launched for Playstation 5 / Xbox Series / PC, while the release for the previously planned mobile version is yet to be announced.

According to the introduction, Chrono Odyssey is a fantasy MMORPG game developed with the Unreal Engine 5. Players will embark on adventures and exploration in a dynamic open world called Setera, uncovering the truth and secrets of space-time distortion. As an MMORPG, there will also be multiple classes for players to experience, with an estimated 18 classes as of yet, including assassin, ranger, samurai, berserker, paladin, mage, and more, all of which have appeared in the gameplay trailer.

In addition to its rich profession system and combat system, the game also features diverse content such as large-scale battles involving world bosses, Realm vs Realm (RVR), dungeons, and more. As for when will the game be officially released, the developer has not yet announced a specific date, but we could expect more details to be revealed in the future.
