The 35th-anniversary game of the popular Ys series, Ys X: Nordics, is scheduled for a PC release in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. Publisher Clouded Leopard Entertainment has announced that the game will launch on Steam on March 13, 2024. The game was previously released on September 28, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
According to the game's official description,
The story takes place in the northern sea Obelia Bay, a bay filled with countless islands of all sizes.
Adol Christin, a young adventurer who has explored the ancient kingdom of Ys, encounters two factions: the “Normans,” seafaring people known for their powerful warriors, and the “Greegers,” a mysterious undead group that threatens the people of Obelia Bay.
