The Japanese light novel series Classroom of the Elite, created by Shogo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose, has announced the release of a new promotional visual for the third season of its anime adaptation, which is set to premiere in January 2024. Originally scheduled for this year, the third season was postponed to 2024 due to various reasons.

In Classroom of the Elite, the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing School is established by the Japanese government with the aim of educating and nurturing the next generation of individuals who will play a crucial role in the country's future. The school provides its students with a significant level of freedom, designed to closely resemble real-life situations. Kiyotaka Ayanokoji is a quiet and unassuming boy with exceptional intelligence, though he struggles with socializing and prefers to keep his distance from others. Assigned to Class-D where the school dumps its worst, he is surrounded by other underperforming students. However, his vision of an ideal and ordinary high school life is shattered after encountering Suzune Horikita and Kikyo Kushida, two of his fellow classmates, as he gradually becomes entangled in various affairs.
