Published by Compile Heart and developed by Sting, the bullet hell tactical RPG Touhou Spell Carnival, based on the popular danmaku game Touhou Project, has officially unveiled its release date trailer.
The game is scheduled for launch on April 18, 2024, and will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
Furthermore, the game will introduce popular characters from the series, including Yukari Yakumo, Remilia Scarlet, and Sakuya Izayoi.
According to its official website, Touhou Spell Carnival is a game that combines bullet hell and tactical RPG gameplay. Players will engage in intense battles to compete for spell cards alongside familiar characters like Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project. The game features a blend of various mechanisms such as traps and powerful bombs within the levels, providing players with a thrilling strategic experience through various real-time combat scenarios.
