近些年因疫情的关系，E3 展停办了数年线下展会，如今随着各国陆续放缓疫情政策，就连东京电玩展都已经恢复正常，所以近日举办单位宣布明年恢复线下展，E32023 确定于明年 6 月 13 日至 6 月 16 日期间在洛杉矶会议中心举办，并且会分为商务日和玩家日。
6 月 13 日至 6 月 15 日为商务日，专为媒体、业内人士而生，提供媒体在现场亲身体验来自世界各地的游戏，而且会设在专门的大厅，至于玩家日则会在 6 月 15 日至 6 月 16 日开放，与商务区完全分开，现场玩家可以试玩即将推出的游戏新作。与此同时，举办单位还会搭建内容剧院，向持票人开放，能够深入了解游戏特色。
除此之外，本次的 E32023 展将由 ReedPop 负责营运，过去他们曾担任过 PAX、EGX、Comic-Con、星球大战庆典等活动幕后团队。
