本作《Gotham Knights》是一款开放世界动作冒险游戏，背景设定于蝙蝠侠已经逝去的世界，现在高谭市有着崭新的反派团伙正在大肆破坏犯罪，而维护和平保护人民的责任将落在蝙蝠家族，分别包括蝙蝠女、罗兵、红头罩以及夜翼等人，玩家将扮演其中一员拯救这一切，并与反派互相对抗，揭开这座城市一切的谜团。
