Square Enix 近日在日本注册申请了名为 Radec Engine 的全新商标，从取名来猜测，很大可能性是供其内部团队使用的全新开发引擎。目前 Square Enix 只有唯一一款由 Luminous Productions 制作出来的 Luminous Engine 开发引擎，而旗下的新作《Forspoken》就是基于这个引擎所开发，部分作品则是使用第三方引擎，例如 Unreal Engine、Unity 等等。
