Based on the manga created by Koyoharu Gotoge, season three of the popular Japanese anime series Demon Slayer titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Swordsmith Village Arc recently released its second promotional trailer (VPN needed for YouTube) and new key visuals.
The third season will begin airing on April 9, with the first episode being a one-hour special. In anticipation of the third season, a special edited version of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Mugen Train Arc will also be broadcasted from April 1 to April 8, 2023.
The story of "Demon Slayer" is set in the Taisho era of Japan and follows the protagonist Tanjiro, who lives by selling charcoal. One day, he returns home to find that his entire family has been brutally murdered by demons, with only his sister Nezuko surviving the attack, but turned into a demon herself. Devastated by the loss of his family and determined to find a way to turn his sister back into a human, Tanjiro sets out on a journey to become a demon slayer.
