Following the EVO JAPAN 2023 fighting game tournament, Bandai Namco unveiled two character trailers for their upcoming game Tekken 8. The trailers confirmed that Asuka Kazama, who first appeared in Tekken 5, and Leroy Smith from Tekken 7 will both be joining the fight. Asuka is skilled in the Kazama-style martial arts, while Leroy is a practitioner of Wing Chun.

Tekken 8 will retain the series’ unique fighting game mechanics, while presenting next-generation visuals and a heavy-hitting combat experience. As one of the most anticipated upcoming fighting game, the game will also introduce new gameplay mechanics.
